A family-run cannery on the French Mediterranean coast, over seventy years of fish packed with the flavours of southern France. Ferrigno’s La Bonne Mer range runs from sardines in olive oil and tapenade to small mackerel, mussels and anchovy spread. The butter sardines are the place to start: warm them gently and let the butter become the sauce.
