Our collection brings together the Cantabrian coast, Portugal's finest, and the British coastline. Yurrita's Cantabrian anchovies come from northern Spain, where the fish run larger and more flavourful than anywhere else — widely regarded as the benchmark for the category. Açor and Briosa bring spicy olive oil-cured anchovies from Portugal, while Plymouth anchovies offer something rarer still — British-caught and tinned, a style almost nobody else in the category stocks.
