The anchovy is the most intensely flavoured tin in the sea — and in the right hands, one of the most extraordinary things you can keep in your kitchen cupboard. A world away from the flat, salty strips that put people off, a great tinned anchovy is rich, complex and transformative.

Our collection brings together the Cantabrian coast and Portugal's finest — Yurrita from northern Spain, where the fish run larger and more flavourful than anywhere else, alongside Açor and Briosa's spicy olive oil anchovies from Portugal. Three producers, one shelf, no compromises.
