Sardinha Sardine in Spicy Tomato Sauce with Olive Oil

Tinned sardines meet one of Portugal's great flavour combinations — ripe tomato and chilli, with olive oil binding it all together. These are bolder and more sauce-forward than the olive oil range, closer to a ready-made meal than a pantry staple.
