All the heritage of Berthe's classic sardines — selected from the Matosinhos morning catch and tinned the same day — in a more refined presentation. Skinned and deboned, the fillets are preserved in extra virgin olive oil with olives, creating a silkier, more elegant tin.

The flesh is tender and clean, fully exposed to the extra virgin olive oil, which carries a grassy richness that elevates the whole thing. The olives add a gentle briny note in the background.
